The Chef
Greg Smith graduated from Johnson & Wales University. His passion for creating high end grilled dishes has taken him to restaurants in Miami, Chicago and, of course, his home,San Francisco. He has worked at two top 100 Bay Area Restaurants. Greg has long had a dream of opening his own establishment: a top of the line Deli/Grill where anyone can come get a high end burger or an East Coast Style sando (sandwich). In 2010 he was able to realize this dream with the opening of The Grill.

Greg and Mary Ann have created a warm, casual environment to showcase their top quality fare, be it breakfast or lunch. The burgers are unparalleled with fresh, perfectly cooked sides. Salads, prepared daily, change to provide a plethora of options. The menu also includes several vegetarian treats. Finally, the cookies are Mary Ann’s own, finely honed recipes that are changing waistlines one taste treat at a time!!!
